how to kick a football high and far? and what kicking tee should i use?

hi i want to join my highschool football team in 6 months i would like to play as their kicker i need some tips on getting height on the ball i can kick it pretty far but i really need more hang time! also, what kicking tee should i use? a field goal holder? ground zero tee? which one? thanks!

well i too am trying to figure out how to get it higher and farther.. but for the tee i would ask the coaches.. and from what i know height and distance will come with timing and flexibility and the shoes u have along with your quad strength.. thats all i know for that
