There can be so many steps to having gorgeous eyes!. The first step is to prep your eyes. You may need to use concealer to cover under the eye circles. Start under your eye where the circles are darkest and then work your way to the outer eye using your fingertips. You can also use a sponge application as well. Choosing Eye Shadow

There are thousands of eyeshadows to choose form. You need to find one that will compliment your eye color. Keep in mind that alighter shades will make your eyes lok natural while darker shades will bring out a more dramatic effect. For Brown Eyes a shade of plum, blue grey, vanilla, violet and nutmeg are reccomended. Metallics such as gold or gold bronze wil also make your eyes stand out!

Applying Eyeshadow

Three toned shadows are best when trying to accent your eyes!. Take the light color of your three toned shadow and sweep it across your eyelid up to the brow bone with applicator . Follow up with a medium color across your lid and then blend in the darker color in the crease.

Not only should you consider the color of your eyes when purchasing eye shadow you should also consider the shape of your eyes. There are make -up tricks for almost every kind of eyes!.

Choosing eyeliner

Choose an eyeliner based on you eye color. For brown eyed gals a gold , brown or plum color works. Try to make the eyeliner match the eyeshadow. With that being said it is also recommended brown-eyed gals try a pink eyeliner to really make eyes pop! Brown eyed gals should try to avoid black eyeliner as it is too heavy for them!

The rule for eyeliner for blue eyes is the darker the eyeliner the better. A liner that is not dark will tend to make eyes fade! Black, brown, charcoal, dark Green and dark blue would be best! Avoid applying a blue eyeliner for blue eyes!.

Green eyed gals need to choose a warm color of eyeliner, browns, plums and bronze.  It is best ot avoid black eyeliner.
Applying eyeliner beauty tips
When using an eyeliner you want to get as close to the upper lid as possible from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye. You don't want a  straight line so you want to smudge it a little using a q-tip or the applicator at the other end of the eyeliner.   Also for a more smoky eye effect you may want to use the applicator and apply a dark eyeshadow over the eyeliner.
Apply a highlighter

Take a  pink or gold highlighter and make a V shape from the inner corner of your eye to the outer corner.  Apply to make your eyes pop!
Curl lashes

This is optional, but you may want to use a eyelash curler before applying mascara.  The eyelash curler should have foam on it as so not to break or bend your eyelashes.  Using an eyelash curler can help you brighten your eyes.
Apply Mascara

You apply mascara by taking your wands and wiggling it back and forth while applying ti to your eyes. This ensures coverage of the lashes and give your lases a fuller effect.There are several different colors of mascara. Use the colors listed about ve for your eye color when choosing a mascara for your eyes! Blue eyes look good in a blue mascara. Green eyes look great in a dark brown mascara!

The tip of my dog's penis is blue.?

I have a 2 yr old Chihuahua, sliver in color. About a month ago, I noticed the tip of his penis was blue, not purple, the real color blue. He was sick at the time from sinuses so I was treating him for something and I was not really concerned about it. Eventually it went away. Just last night it arose again. I am not making this up. The tip of his penis is blue. Only the tip - the rest of it is totally normal. I have not had him neutered and I give him up-to-date shots every year. I tried looking this up from other web sites and I could not find anything else on a blue tipped penis. I thought, at first, that maybe it came off of the blankets that we had just got, which were blue also, but when you touch it, it will not rub off. I also tried giving him a bath and that did nothing either. I am totally confused and I really need help. Then only thing that I saw that was similar was human's having a blue penis, but it sounds like theirs is more purple. This is not purple at all.

You didn't say if it was when you returned home or what.If it is then it's sorta normal,it's just over engorged from extra blood caused from excitement at having you home but if it's blue when it's flaccid then there might be a problem have a vet check it out.Chihuahua's are overly excitable dogs any ways so that's maybe all it is.Hope that all,and hope this has helped.
