which GUN to buy?? paintball!!?
i love paintball!! ive had a angel G7 and it got stolen, i loved the gun!! i liked the lcd screen on it and the programmable modes.. now which gun should i buy for my next gun:
Angel G7 or speed 05
shocker nxt or sft
autococker karnivor or orracle

can someone tell me the best one of each model and which i should get?? thanks
G7 uses a 12 rechargeable battery pack, not a 9v like the 05 Speed. Could be good or bad, depending on how well you remember things like plugging in a rechargeable anything (i forget all the time). The G7 also has the LCD while the Speed has LED. Since you loved the G7, i don't see why you'd even consider a Speed at all.
NXT is the better version of the Shocker. Break-beam eyes instead of reflective (reflective not always reliable), and better va (vertical asa) for the reg, so it's more durable and sits forward a little more to allow for larger trigger guard space (nicer for walking the trigger). Also comes with an HE bolt, so better on air (SFT can use the HE bolt, just didn't come with it stock). NXT also has dovetail mount on the frame, so you can use any dovetail mount asa (better than using a rail or bulky direct mount asa).
Karni over the Orracle. Karnivor has an ICS (internal cocking system) so there's not external cocking rod. Just looks nicer. Also has some better stock parts, like ram & barrel. I personally don't like angled va's/regs, so both would be out, personally.
Mini is definitely nice, but not on par with the other options (excluding the Shocker, i'd lump that and the Mini together on the same level). But the Mini is the smallest/lightest of all the choices. It's only real disadvantage is the exclusive asa, which is also its reg - it has no on/off. Only one other reg/asa can replace it, and that's the new Empire Relay which does have an on/off (included as the stock reg/asa on the Mini's successor, the Empire Axe).
Since you have a history with the G7, i'd recommend just getting another one. Sucks yours got stolen. Head to PBNation.com, create an account, then post in your regional subforum that it was stolen. Maybe people can keep an eye out for it.
