hi, i just bought a tippmann 98 and everything is there, but i have seen people use them on youtube and you dont need to cock the gun when you fire once. why does it happen to me?

also, my 3000psi gas cannister came without air, can i fill it um at a garage? thats were people fill their tires up?

Its a semi-automatic.

Means you c.ock it once and each time you fire, it automatically re-c.ocks itself.

A pump paintball gun requires you to pump a handle to c.ock the gun and load a paintball.

No you can't fill it at a garage. At the most, they can only fill to 200PSI. The tank needs to be filled with 3,000 PSI and can only be done with a scuba tank, nitrogen tank, or HPA compressor (usually about $5,000). A paintbally shop or field should be able to fill your tank and you can also use Co2 on your 98C (Its easier to get fills).
