A new 3D movie Jackass has been released on 15 October 2010.

I am deciding between two paintball guns, which on should I get?

I am going to buy a paintball gun. Out of these two which one is better and why 1. Tippmann 98 Custom Pro Platinum Paintball Marker - Semi-auto 2. Tippmann 98 Custom ACT Platinum Marker - Egrip. Thanks, Jake

They are the same marker except one is act and has an electonic trigger. The 98 custom and 98 custom platinum are the same just body is different and the valve design is more similar to a a5. Performance wise the internals are the same.

I would recommend the 98 custom with act. The act is a good idea which will help reduce ball breakage due to your paint not being all the way into the breach. Also since it uses the other vavle that has been standard for 98 models for years there is mot upgrades and kits for that valve design then the platinum. As for the e-grip i think that is worthless. The internals of the 98 custom can only cycle at about 18 bps, so putting an electronic trigger on a marker that can't shoot all that fast is pointless, specially since it will not make your trigger any lighter to pull or anything since it still uses the sear tripper design. The e-grip is really just a waist of money. If you bought a 98 custom act you could spends the extra money that you would of used for the e-grip and get the techt zero kick bolt, a better barrel, and even a stock or barrel shroud if you wanted to.
