what takes biro and marker stains out?

my daughter destroyed two of her baby annabelle dolls...their heads, one in biro one in marker...they're bloody expensive!! and i don't really want to fork out any more for dolls as she has enough of them....what'll take it out? or will anything, im after buying a load of accessories for them for christmas so i'd really like to get them cleaned up...any suggestions?
