what is the best GPH for a 90 gal sump ?

hi a guy came into my store today, he has a 90 gal tank going into i think he said a 90 gal sump. he was woundering if a 700 GPH magna drive will be ok to pump it he dident wanna drain the sump with somthing to big but the 700 GPH is the smallest we have

its ok saying pump it up to the main tank the problem comes when the flow back can't take the amount being pumped out of the sump to the main tank?
water is pumped under pressure to main tank but on the way back it will only be gravity fed so make sure you add a control valve i.e. a tap to the inlet from the pump to slow the flow rate down if the outlet can not handle the volume of water?
so if the outlet can only handle 100 gph why put a pump of 700 gph
so you see it has nothing to do with speed all it is down to is the flow rate back to the sump from the main tank.
