Okay most of that stuff usually comes with the A5 anyways. What you're really getting:

A5
X-ray mask
20 oz CO2
4 + 1 Harness. These are most likely the ones with the pods going sideways. I do not prefer because the pods stick out where they can hit my arms, or worse, get shot!
4 paintball pods
21 inch squeegee
Neck Protector
Gun oil

Everything else comes with the A5 so this isn't bad. At $235 it's okay. Better if it has the E-grip or the E-trigger. I would pay about $200 maybe less for this package. The good thing about this package is that you'll be set to play.
