Anyone know what kind of bird has a blue body and sort of a black hooded head?

It has a crown that goes up like a cardinal. They're all over my backyard but I have no clue what it is and I can't find anything online about it.
Its not a Blue Jay, its body below the neck is all royal blue but the neck up is black and it has like a black "Mohawk".
