Blackheart Board
I have some difficulty with my Ion Paintball Gun acting up. Losing a lot of air and very inconsistent shooting?
It is a Smart Parts Ion with a Blackheart board and a drop-down. I am losing a lot of air and i am firing inconsistently. It seems as if the air pressure is bad but it works when i turn it up. But when i do that i lose 1000psi for one hopper of paint. I don't know what is wrong. Any Help?
You should never change the velocity without a chronograph. You may have messed up the solenoid. Is your air source in hydro? Is your regulator screwed in all the way? Is there a leak? What, exactly, are you turning up? How do you know you're firing inconsistantly without a chronograph? Is it that obvious of a jump in velocity? Have you changed the dwell? Have you messed around with the board at all?
