The idiot sophomore class at school really messed up a computer and the only answer is to set it back to factory defaults.
How do i do this on a gateway that runs on XP without a CD.
We can not even get to the Boot Menu.
I don't know, all we want is to set it back to factory defaults.

EDIT: Sounds to me like someone diddled the hardware. If it isn't posting, it is NOT a software (OS) problem...at least not until it screws up after posting.
